Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our items are custom-printed and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing. Please review the sizing charts provided on every product page carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is otherwise defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Please contact us at streettalkdesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of your product delivery with clear, well-lit photos showing the issue. In most cases, you will not be required to ship the defective item back.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, we can reship the item (at the buyer’s expense) or issue a refund for the product price only.
